Seest, et foredrag om en stor ulykke

En af største ulykker i nyere tid ramte Seest ved Kolding den 3. november 2004.
Meldingen om brand i en container indløb kl. 14:02. Dette skulle vise sig at være begyndelsen af en af de største brandkatastrofer i Danmark i nyere tid. Ca. 2000 Tons fyrværkeri eksploderede senere på dagen.

Foredraget omhandler hændelsesforløbet og indsatsen af Flyvestation Skrydstrups (FSN SKP) brand- og Redningstjeneste (BOR). Foredraget er kommet i stand ved samarbejde med lederen af BOR på FSN SKP Peter Caspersen og undertegnede, suppleret med samtaler med flere af de personer, der var på stedet fra blandt andet Brand- og Redningstjenester, Politiet, Beredskabsstyrelsen, eksperter fra ammunitionsrydningstjenesten ved Hamborg Brandvæsen.

Foredraget varer ca. 1 time hvortil kommer tid til spørgsmål.

Foredraget blev brugt til at debriefe de indsatte fra BOR. Foredraget tog da 16 timer!

Foredraget er gratis for alle medlemmer af Dansk Folkehjælp og medlemmer af foreninger tilknyttet Frivilligcenter Aarhus.

Stedet er: Frivilligcenter Aarhus Grønnegade 80 i salen på første sal.
